Job Description
- Familiarity with IT project management and delivery processes.
- Certification in sales, business development, or IT-related fields.
- Multilingual abilities for dealing with international clients.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients, market trends, and emerging opportunities in the IT industry.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and quotes to clients, demonstrating the value of our IT services and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable and long-term business relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven 4-5 yrs experience as a Business Development Executive within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
